Kenneth Walczak to Join Nassiri & Jung LLP

San Francisco, CA – The law firm Nassiri & Jung LLP announced today that attorney Kenneth Walczak is joining the firm on May 1 to practice in the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.  Walczak is a trial and appellate lawyer who has litigated complex class actions and constitutional law cases at the Rosen Bien law firm prior to joining Nassiri & Jung.  His practice focuses on class actions, appeals, consumer rights litigation, and trade secrets/intellectual property litigation.

Walczak earned his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor for the Civil Rights/Civil Liberties Law Journal and a columnist for the Harvard Law School Record.  After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to United States District Judge Ann Aldrich in the Northern District of Ohio.
