Page Barnes

Page has more than 25 years of experience as a litigator in California and Federal Courts.  She has extensive experience litigating cases involving labor and employment, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, commercial real estate and landlord-tenant, class action, and unfair trade practices issues. 

She has represented individuals and entities, including a number of major corporations.  Her major cases have included the representation of a national health club chain in a series of consumer class actions, representation of startup founders in founder disputes, representation of property owners in connection with real estate sales disputes and landlord-tenant matters, and the representation of mutual funds and brokerage firms in investor suits. 

Page has practiced at the nation's most prestigious law firms.  Page began her legal career as an associate at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen before becoming a senior attorney at Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May.  She later joined Foley & Lardner as senior counsel before becoming a partner in the firm’s litigation practice.  

She has served as a FINRA arbitrator and is a certified mediator.

Page was the recipient of the American Association of Immigration Attorneys' "Face of ALIA distinction" in connection with her pro bono work on behalf of a DREAM Act eligible immigrant and has twice received the California State Bar's Wiley Manuel Award for her pro bono work.  On behalf of a group of right-to-die organizations, she also was the author of an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court in Washington v. Glucksberg, the case in which the Court addressed physician assisted suicide for the terminally ill.
