Our litigation focus means that we do not normally seek repeat relationships with referred clients. We are therefore able to offer conflict-free engagements, and are able to serve as conflicts counsel, local counsel, or special trial counsel. This allows originating law firms to focus on their continuing relationship with their clients, while we focus on matter-specific, in-court advocacy.
