Amy Kashiwabara

Amy is a trial and appellate attorney with twenty years of complex litigation experience. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, employment law, intellectual property, breach of contract, insurance, unfair competition, fraud, and class action litigation.

She previously practiced as a litigator at Folger Levin & Kahn LLP, where she handled handled complex, multi-party commercial contract and tort disputes, including intellectual property, securities, antitrust, and class action matters. There she maintained a general commercial litigation practice with extensive experience in investigating potential claims and representing plaintiffs, as well as defendants.

Amy has extensive experiencing managing complex litigation matters, covering all aspects of litigation strategy, from inception of the potential claim through to resolution via settlement, trial and/or appeal. She has appeared in state and federal trial courts and alternative dispute resolution venues.

Educational Background:

  • Amy earned her law degree from Stanford Law School. While at Stanford, she served as Executive Editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review

  • She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors from the University of California, Berkeley
