Jaime Dorenbaum

Jaime is a trial attorney who has successfully tried several matters to verdict in both federal and state courts. Having gained significant trial experience, he approaches every matter by starting at the end — closing argument. From the beginning of a case, Jaime envisions what he will tell the jury. This allows Jaime to focus on what matter to his clients.

While Jaime maintains a broad practice focused on business and employment litigation, he has particular experience guiding executives and employees in internal investigations and related litigation. Prior to joining Nassiri and Jung LLP, Jaime practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP where he was twice awarded Northern California Rising Stars honors by Super Lawyers. Before Foley, Jaime worked in the Public Defender’s Office for the County of Santa Clara where, as a junior lawyer, he learned to navigate the courtroom. Jaime is also fluent in Spanish and has experience representing clients in cross-border matters.

Education

Jaime graduated from Stanford Law School and Cornell University, with honors. While at Stanford, Jaime was a member of the Three Strikes Project and successfully helped obtain his client’s release from prison after serving 14 years of a life sentence under California’s Three Strikes Law.
